Connecting with a registered dietitian nutritionist for virtual nutrition counseling has never been easier
We provide individualized virtual nutrition counseling for various health conditions, diseases, and goals, including:
We primarily serve those in South Dakota but we're proud to serve residents of other states including:
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most but not all insurance plans. We are working to become credentialed with as many insurance plans as possible. For insurance plans we are not in network with, we provide you with a receipt that you may be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
Most private insurance companies cover nutrition counseling without the need for a doctor's referral.
Do you accept Medicaid?
We accept South Dakota Medicaid for conditions covered by Medicaid when referred by a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner.
Do you accept Medicare?
We accept Medicare for patients with diabetes, advanced chronic kidney disease, and kidney transplants when referred by a physician.
Do you take blood work?
We can work with your primary care provider to order labs or we can order nutritional lab testing ourselves. These labs may include single-nutrient testing, comprehensive nutrient panel testing, hormone testing, and food allergy or sensitivity testing. Labs may or may not be covered by insurance.
Do you offer in-person nutrition counseling?
Although there is value to face-to-face counseling, we currently offer virtual appointments only.
